Handle inbound PPC calls & outbound calls to international travel leads
Sell flight tickets & travel packages (US/UK market)
Provide best itinerary suggestions & accurate fare quotations
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Upsell and cross-sell travel services (baggage, seat selection, insurance, hotel, etc.)
Maintain strong product knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Ensure high-quality customer service & issue resolution
Follow compliance & company policies while handling customer data
Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Maintain booking records & track customer follow-ups in CRM
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Experience handling US/UK travel customers
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of international destinations, airlines & fare rules
Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) mandatory
Target-driven, persuasive & customer-focused
Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel Sales (flight sales)
Experience in PPC & Meta
Comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational weekly off
Ability to work night shifts (for US/UK market)
