Job Role

Learning Opportunities:

1. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing sales opportunities.

2. By using a consultative approach, you will learn how to identify and communicate with hot and cold leads.

3. Learn The Art of Selling by working directly under the Co Founders.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media platforms.

- Should always be available as chat support on all social media platforms.

- Converting leads into conversions by regular follow ups.

- Uploading trip details on booking platforms such as BookMyShow, Insider, etc

- Identify priority issues and discuss it with the Operations Team.

- Maintain customer records.

- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

- Strong English written and verbal communication skills

- Should be familiar with G-Sheets, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc

- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
