About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, enthusiastic Sales Executive (Female) to join our fast-growing travel tech startup. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and play a key role in converting travel inquiries into happy, paying customers.

This isn’t your typical 9–5. If you're driven, people-first, and ready to own your pipeline, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

* Respond promptly to inbound leads from social media, ads, and referrals

* Make outbound calls to qualify leads and understand their travel needs

* Maintain clear communication with customers in English, Kannada, and Hindi

* Collaborate with our operations team to close leads and finalize packages

* Own your client relationships end-to-end – from lead to post-sale

* Work closely with Marketing and Ops to improve sales funnels and campaign feedback

* Participate in on-site events, corporate activations, and promotional campaigns as needed

* Help maintain strong relationships with corporates, vendors, and partners

What We’re Looking For:

* 1+ year of experience in sales (travel industry is a plus)

* Great communicator and listener with multilingual fluency

* Comfortable using CRM tools or lead management systems

* Self-driven with a hustler mindset – you take ownership, not just follow instructions

* Willing to work flexibly and travel occasionally

* Team player who thrives in a small, fast-moving startup setup
