Job Title: Travel Sales Executive – US Process Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our US process team. The ideal candidate must have minimum 6 months of experience , strong command of Amadeus , and hands-on expertise in flight ticketing, hotel bookings, and car rentals . The role involves inbound and outbound sales calls , providing tailored travel solutions to US-based customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US customers with travel bookings. Manage reservations for flights, hotels, and car rentals using Amadeus . Understand customer requirements and offer suitable travel options. Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and persuasion. Modify, cancel, and reissue tickets as per client needs and airline policies. Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a travel sales role (US process preferred). Proficiency in Amadeus GDS for ticketing and booking management. Good knowledge of hotel, car rental, and air ticketing services . Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls . Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone). Immediate joining preferred.
