About the Role:

We are hiring a Travel Sales Executive proficient in French to handle inbound/outbound travel sales, assist French-speaking customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls from French-speaking customers.
• Understand travel requirements and offer suitable flight, hotel, and package options.
• Convert leads into successful sales and meet monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Upsell add-on services (insurance, seat selection, hotel upgrades, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French language (spoken & written).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in travel sales / international travel process.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) preferred.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
