Travel Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Travel Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for clients with the goal of enhancing satisfaction and building a loyal clientele. Your tasks will involve researching various destinations, diagnosing client specifications, and suggesting appropriate travel packages. Additionally, you will organize all aspects of travel, provide travelers with relevant information, manage deposits and balances, utilize promotional techniques, handle complaints, and stay updated on tourism trends by attending conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Research destinations, prices, and travel options - Diagnose client requirements and recommend suitable travel services - Organize travel logistics including bookings and accommodations - Provide travelers with necessary information and materials - Collect deposits and balances - Utilize promotional techniques to sell tour packages - Handle complaints and resolve issues - Attend conferences to stay informed about tourism trends - Maintain client records and relationships - Manage financial statements to achieve revenue targets Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive (USA Process) - Proficiency in traveling software and computer reservation systems - Excellent sales skills and customer-oriented approach - Knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus - Ability to handle crises and effectively communicate - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field - Personal travel experience is preferred (Note: The job description includes additional details such as preference for candidates with personal travel experience, proven working experience as a Travel Consultant, proficiency in English and additional languages, and the ability to handle crises effectively and communicate persuasively.),
