Services include domestic & international air ticketing, holiday packages, corporate travel, car hire, hotel reservations, forex, cruise booking, travel insurance, and visa services.About the Role:As a Sales Travel Consultant, you will guide clients with their travel needs, create personalized itineraries, handle bookings, and convert leads into sales while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities: • Client consultation and itinerary planning • Booking flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages • Meeting sales targets (packages, insurance, visas, etc.) • Market research and supplier coordination • Providing exceptional customer serviceRequirements: • Good communication skills (English preferred) • Sales-driven, customer service attitude • Basic computer/booking system knowledge • Passion for travel and team collaboration •0-3 years of experience in travel/tourism(freshers welcome). Prior experience is a plus.
