Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their travel needs, preparing personalized travel proposals, managing travel arrangements and reservations, and providing high-quality customer service. Additionally, the role involves handling inquiries, making travel recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client communications
• Knowledge of managing Reservations and providing travel solutions
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with key travel tools or systems
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
