Travel Sales and Operations Executive

In this role at PurpleRain, you will be responsible for making quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, and costing for customers. Additionally, you will arrange hotel bookings, flight bookings, and other transport bookings in an effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority. Communication with suppliers and service providers, answering both inbound and outbound calls, and following up with clients for feedback will be essential tasks. Meeting set targets and adhering to SLAs and guidelines are also key expectations.
