About the Role

We are hiring energetic, target-driven Travel Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. You will engage with qualified leads, consult customers on domestic & international travel packages, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

We are looking for:
✔ 5 English-speaking agents
✔ 1 Spanish-speaking agent (bilingual support)

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound leads generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).

· Consult customers on flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete travel packages.

· Customize itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and special requirements.

· Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.

· Provide post-sales support: cancellations, modifications, rebookings, and special requests.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

· Stay updated with industry trends, offers, promotions, and destinations.

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 1 year in Travel Sales / Customer Support (experience handling Meta/PPC leads preferred).

· Language Skills:

o 5 Agents: Fluent in English (written & spoken).

o 1 Agent: Fluent in Spanish + English (for bilingual support).

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred.

· Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

· Target-driven mindset, ability to work under pressure.

· Passion for travel and a customer-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits

· Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
