Travel Operations Executive – Train & Bus Bookings

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Travel Operations team, focusing on train and bus booking services. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn the processes of travel operations and reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

Train & Bus Bookings:

• Handle reservations for train and bus tickets through IRCTC, RedBus, and other travel portals.
• Ensure timely confirmation and accurate issuance of tickets.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and transport service providers for best fares and smooth operations.
• Maintain proper records of all bookings, invoices, and client communications.
• Assist customers with travel queries and itinerary planning related to train/bus journeys.

Operations & Coordination:

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Support the operations team in resolving day-to-day booking or schedule-related issues.
• Maintain databases for bookings, vendors, and customer feedback.
• Stay updated with new routes, schedules, and service changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of train/bus booking platforms (IRCTC, RedBus, Abhibus, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Eager to learn and grow in the travel and transport operations domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
