Travel Executive / Travel Consultant

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with travelers and travel agents by communicating effectively and understanding their trip-related details. Your key duties will include ensuring customer needs are met, achieving goals and targets for assigned destinations and agents, and resolving conflicts to enhance customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to answer customer inquiries, provide information about Travel Triangle products and services, and handle trip-related responsibilities through phone calls, emails, or online chats. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English, basic computer knowledge including MS-Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask with high attention to detail. A self-motivated attitude, willingness to learn and adapt, and prior sales experience or internship will be advantageous. It would be beneficial if you have good communication skills, sales acumen, and a background in Travel & Tourism or Management studies. Graduates with sales or sales internship experience are encouraged to apply. As part of the compensation package, you can expect a salary of approximately INR 2.6 LPA CTC along with incentives based on target achievement.
