As a Manager of Travel Product at TripXL Holidays Pvt Ltd, you will be a crucial part of the Destination Growth team, contributing to the expansion of contracting strength to drive the next phase of growth. TripXL Holidays is a rapidly evolving travel marketplace that provides end-to-end travel solutions for both B2B and B2C customers, specializing in curated holiday packages, destination contracting, and fostering strong supplier partnerships in India and international markets. Your role will involve engaging in direct contracting and negotiation with hotels, resorts, and DMCs across assigned destinations, securing competitive rates, special offers, and allocations to enhance TripXL's product portfolio. Leveraging your deep connections within the travel ecosystem, you will expand partnerships with online travel platforms and API-based suppliers to ensure seamless product integration and value-added services. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, onboarding and growing the supplier base, and fostering long-term partnerships through continuous engagement and collaborative initiatives. Conducting market research, identifying emerging travel trends, and providing insights for destination growth will be key aspects of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, and Tech will be essential to ensure smooth rate loading, supplier integration, and utilization of contracted inventory. You will support digital initiatives by providing accurate supplier data and destination inputs. Your compliance with domestic and international contracting norms, legal, and taxation requirements will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hospitality, Travel, or Business Management, along with 10-15 years of experience in direct contracting with hotels, resorts, DMCs, and online suppliers. Your proficiency in rate negotiation, supplier onboarding, contract management, and strong industry relationships will be invaluable.
