Travel Coordinator - Female

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on their preferences and budget.
• Research and recommend travel destinations, hotels, tour packages, and other travel-related services to meet clients' needs and interests.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person to provide personalized travel advice, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including making reservations, issuing tickets, processing payments, and confirming arrangements with vendors and service providers.
• Keep accurate records of client information, travel preferences, and bookings using our booking system or database.
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and destination information to provide accurate and timely assistance to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, handling emergencies, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers, to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing travel documents, maintaining inventory, and organizing travel-related paperwork.
