Role Overview:

Amadeus

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Offer flight, hotel, and package recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
• Use

  Amadeus GDS

  for fare search, reservation, re-issuance, cancellations, and ticketing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and fare rules.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems.
• Deliver a seamless and personalized travel booking experience to every customer

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in

  Travel Sales

  or a similar role in the travel industry.

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS

  is mandatory.

• Excellent communication

  and sales skills must be confident in handling clients.
• Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
