Key Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with travelers by contacting them and understanding their trip details. - Ensure high-quality customer experiences by resolving conflicts and managing trip-related responsibilities. - Answer customer inquiries courteously via phone, email, or online chat, providing information about RedLetter Holidays products/services, scheduling consultations, and collecting feedback. - Engage with customers to address various queries effectively. Qualification Required: Desired Skills and Experience: - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English. - Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and efficient browsing capabilities. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new processes.
