Job Description

As a Travel Consultant, your main responsibility will be to understand the travel needs of clients, both domestic and international, and offer them suitable options. You will be required to design customized and group tour packages that include flights, accommodations, sightseeing activities, and transfers. Your role will also involve providing detailed quotations to clients, following up with them, and successfully converting leads into confirmed bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling air ticket reservations through GDS systems or B2B portals. To ensure a smooth travel experience for clients, you will need to communicate effectively with vendors, hotels, and transport providers. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to upsell additional services such as travel insurance, visa assistance, forex, and premium upgrades. Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth will be key performance indicators in this role. You may also be involved in supporting marketing campaigns, special offers, and social media promotions to attract more clients. This position offers full-time employment on a permanent basis.,
