Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant (Packages) located in Coimbatore. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting and management services, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include creating customized travel packages, coordinating with clients to understand their preferences, booking accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services, and ensuring all travel plans run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of travel software and reservation systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Relevant education or certifications in Travel and Tourism
