Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Aluva. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and offering tailored travel consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating travel plans, addressing customer inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
Strong Customer Service skills
Proficiency in handling Reservations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with popular travel destinations and vacation packages
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field is a plus
