Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Aluva. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The role also involves offering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
Experience in Reservations and handling customer inquiries
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications or a degree in Travel and Tourism is a plus
