Designation: Travel Consultant Preference: 1-2 years of Travel Consultant experience Job Responsibilities: Researching and recommending travel packages: They must stay informed about various travel destinations and the latest deals to offer the best options Responding to customer inquiries: This includes addressing questions regarding travel itineraries, costs, and available services Advising clients on destinations: Providing insights and suggestions based on the client's preferences and requirement. Booking reservations: Handling the booking of all aspects of travel, such as flights, hotels, and excursions Processing payments: Managing financial transactions related to travel booking Customer service: Ensuring clients have a positive experience by offering personalized services and resolving any issues that may arise Other Requirements Strong communication skills: To effectively interact with customers and understand their needs Knowledge of the travel industry: Familiarity with various travel destinations, trends, and requirements for travel Sales expertise: Ability to close deals and meet sales targets Organizational skills: To manage multiple bookings and keep track of all travel Problem-solving abilities: To handle any unforeseen issues that may arise during the travel planning process
