Travel Consultant (Freshers & Experienced)

We are looking for both freshers with strong English communication skills and experienced professionals with Amadeus expertise to join our team. The role involves assisting clients with travel bookings, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international travel bookings (US and Canada market).
• Provide customers with accurate information on flights, fares, destinations, schedules, and travel policies.
• Use Amadeus GDS (for experienced candidates) to make reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Offer travel solutions and upsell additional services.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow company policies.

Requirements

For Freshers:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Willingness to work in a night shift (US process).
• Customer-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international travel sales/consultancy.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of international routes, fares, and travel policies.
