Role Overview As a customer support executive you will play a pivotal role in Fareportal's business. This role offers someone the chance to really develop their sales career through training and development while supporting and learning from the team. The role is Full-time working the night shifts 5 days per week, work from Office. Responsibilities Rescheduling flight reservations Handling customers queries over the call predominantly for ticketing rescheduling/cancellation, Issuance/ reissuance. Requirement Graduate with Min. 9 Months of International Voice experience. Must be well versed with GDS. Backend/ Non voice experience not considered. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Open to work 24/7 as per business requirement.
