Travel and Expense Administrator I

As a Travel and Expense Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing data to support global Travel and Expense management operations. You will use advanced analytical methods to enhance processes and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and interpret complex data related to Travel and Expense operations. - Analyze activities to ensure timely, cost-effective planning, and quality control. - Investigate issues to determine root causes and develop recommendations for improvement. - Serve as a liaison to internal groups regarding Travel and Expense policies and processes. - Maintain, analyze, and implement process improvements. - Prepare reports for management and develop training documentation for end users. - May be involved in implementing or managing systems used for Travel and Expense operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role. - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. - Basic understanding of computing tools, databases, and spreadsheets. - Basic knowledge of supply chain. - Skills in analytical thinking, contract management, global trade compliance, and sourcing/supplier management.
