Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting customers with travel arrangements. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and handling travel-related sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include booking air tickets, arranging tour packages, and ensuring all travel plans are efficiently coordinated.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and handling Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
