Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent / Ticketing Executive with hands-on expertise in domestic air ticketing using Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and capable of handling ticket issuance, cancellations, and reissues independently.

Responsibilities

• Book and issue domestic flight tickets using Amadeus GDS
• Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per airline policies
• Create and manage PNRs accurately
• Provide fare quotes and itinerary options to clients
• Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes or special requests
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fare rules, tax structure, and promotional offers
• Ensure smooth customer service before and after ticket issuance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience with Amadeus (domestic ticketing)
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules and cancellation/refund procedures
• Proficiency in GDS commands (manual entries preferred)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
