You will be responsible for assisting North America clients with travel inquiries, handling inbound and outbound calls to drive conversions, and meet customer needs. It is essential to have hands-on experience with any GDS tools, preferably Amadeus. Providing high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns and offering solutions to travel-related issues is a key part of your role.
