Job Summary The Transportation Representative Associate serves as the crucial liaison between Amazon, SWA Shippers, stations, and delivery partners. This role is responsible for coordinating shipment operations, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring efficient delivery execution while maintaining service excellence.Daily Operations. Monitor real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveries. Coordinate with stations for shipment rescue operations. Collect and communicate station feedback to shippers. Process shipper requests for specific tracking IDs. Generate and share performance reports. Handle time-sensitive escalationsRequired Qualifications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong time-management and organizational abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications. Previous experience in logistics or transportation. Background in customer service or stakeholder management. Experience with shipping/tracking systems. Knowledge of supply chain operationsSkills & Competencies. Professional communication.
