Transport Associate - Healthcare

As a Transport Associate in the Healthcare sector, your main responsibility will involve handling the pickup and delivery of healthcare and life science shipments. You will be required to ensure timely follow-ups on courier AWB numbers, and make sure that pickups and deliveries are done punctually. Maintaining records of inbound and outbound consignments, along with proactive follow-ups until the shipment reaches its destination, will be a crucial part of your role. It is essential to guarantee a 100% delivery rate for all sensitive healthcare clients. You will be expected to frequently cross-check and tally the movement of shipments as per the line haul, and update shipment milestones in Maestro promptly. Additionally, you will need to prepare daily pickup and delivery run sheets, as well as update Proof of Deliveries (PODs). Your tasks will also include working on the transport plan to ensure smooth operations. In general, you will be required to support fellow Operations Associates, handle incoming calls when in the office, and prepare temperature-controlled boxes for pickups. Adherence to all company policies is mandatory, and you must be willing to undertake any other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager or branch manager. The educational qualifications required for this role are an Intermediate or equivalent degree. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry is preferred to be successful in this position.,
