Translator

The Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) will be engaged on a contractual basis at the Office of the Director General, National Cadet Corps (DGNCC) through Mainwire Outsource Pvt. Ltd. The role involves providing accurate translation, interpretation, and Hindi language support, while ensuring effective implementation of Government of India language policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate official documents, reports, publications, and communications (English ↔ Hindi) with accuracy and clarity.
• Provide interpretation support during departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Promote and implement the use of Hindi in official correspondence and events as per government guidelines.
• Maintain departmental records and support Hindi officers in language-related activities.
• Handle all official documents with strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Graduation or Master’s Degree in Hindi/English, with English/Hindi as a compulsory subject (or as per SSC JHT eligibility criteria).
• Strong command of Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of government terminology and official correspondence.
• Proficiency in MS Office and typing in both Hindi & English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
