Role Overview
This is an Individual Contributor role— He/She will be independently responsible for their own sales targets and territory performance, without supervisory duties. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales across dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and med-spas for exosome-infused dermacosmetic products.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic customer engagement and territory planning.
Conduct product demonstrations, sample distributions, and scientific selling to educate clients about exosome benefits and efficacy.
Train clients on product usage, clinical outcomes, and competitive advantage.
Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and build professional relationships.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Collaborate with internal R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to translate market feedback into product and promotional improvements.
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in aesthetics/dermaceutical or dermacosmetic space.
Demonstrated achievement in revenue growth and client acquisition within target geographies.
Strong scientific understanding of exosome-based skincare, with the ability to translate technical benefit into commercial value.
Well-established network within aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and med-spas.
Core Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
Highly self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable operating autonomously as an individual contributor.
