Job Description

As a Transformational Change Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs. Your responsibilities will include developing creative strategies, methodologies, and tools during implementation, setting direction for defining components of change strategy, and researching and preparing communications materials to address key business issues. You will be part of the CF Transformation Change Hub Manager Corporate Functions team, which includes Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing Communications, and Workplace Solutions. This team powers Accenture's people across industries and functions, driving innovation and maintaining Accenture's position as a leader in the market. Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security. With over 774,000 employees worldwide, Accenture offers a wide range of services across various industries. In this role, you will support all change management initiatives by creating and executing a comprehensive strategy customized for Accenture's global operations. You will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment on change management projects, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
