Transformational Change Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs. This includes developing creative strategies, methodologies, and tools during implementation. You will also set direction for defining components of the change strategy, such as organization architecture, strategy, and change journey. Researching and preparing communications materials, as well as providing recommendations on how to approach key business issues, will be part of your role.
