Transformation Program/Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Transformation Project Manager/Program Manager, your role involves ensuring the effective implementation of transition tasks for clients/accounts according to the transition plan. You will be responsible for IT Infrastructure Transformation Program Management with a strong emphasis on IT Infrastructure domain knowledge. Your key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: - Ability to develop and monitor Program schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones. - Prior experience in managing large and complex Transformation Programs involving DC Migration or Cloud Migrations. - Proficiency in Project management tools & processes. - Experience in managing P&L. - Experience in the integration of multiple work stream stakeholders. - Good and effective written and oral communication skills. - Strong people management skills. Qualification Required: - IT Infrastructure Transformation Program Management experience. - IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must. Customer Centricity: - CSAT (PCSAT & ACSAT top 2 Box) % / NPS. - Adherence to Program plan/charter specifically on services transition - Schedule, Quality, Efforts/Costs. - Adherence to all customer contractual commitments related to Services transitions. - Adherence to Services transition norms on all key performance metrics. 2. Presales & Delivery Excellence: - 100% compliance in Integrated Transition Framework (ITF) in all Solution Proposal construct. - Demonstrate One Wipro by 100% usage of Integrated Transition framework. - Integrated transition (across all LOBs) planning and status reporting to Internal management and customer using Digi-Q. - Process Exceptions to be minimized by 100% compliance to the ITF.,
