Description
As a Manager at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development and leadership of the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment capability. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and delivery of supply chain fulfilment projects for various clients and across different industries. - Collaborating with senior leadership to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions. - Overseeing order management and logistics systems implementations within the ISCO's fulfilment capability. - Driving the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance fulfilment operations, including advanced automation and analytics solutions. - Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Being accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as your own project deliverables related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases. - Participating and/or leading projects for external clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements. - Applying different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) for continuous improvement and transformation purposes. - Conducting Quality Assurance on deliverables developed by other, junior team members. - Analyzing data and information received from clients to reach conclusions and develop improvement recommendations. - Creating and conducting convincing presentations and putting forward your ideas to clients. - Facilitating client meetings within or outside of your business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders.
