As part of our global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts, we are seeking a pioneering and innovative Account Manager to drive and inspire our clients and agency partners towards creating cutting-edge marketing campaigns. Your role will involve: - Acting as the primary point of contact and coordinator between Hogarth Transcreation Management, Production Teams (Digital/Print/Broadcast), client stakeholders, and linguist teams. - Maintaining strong communication with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their brands, and enhancing client relationships. - Handling client language briefs/campaigns and overseeing multilingual projects from inception to delivery. - Providing language guidance to clients, addressing queries throughout the process, and serving as a language advisor when necessary. - Identifying, escalating, and resolving quality control issues. - Managing budgets, preparing cost estimates, and supporting financial reporting and operational tasks. - Collaborating with Senior Transcreation Account Managers/Transcreation Team Leads by supplying client management information and reports. Requirements for this role include: - Proven experience in Localization Project Management. - Demonstrated expertise in managing international client accounts across multiple markets and stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English (additional language capabilities are a plus). - Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and a grasp of international brand challenges. - Proficiency in IT, numeracy, prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail. - Teamwork, quality management, innovation, and analytical thinking. - Resilience, ability to work under pressure, and experience with CAT Tool/TMS. - Availability during UK business hours and familiarity with Transcreation discipline, production, DTP, and vendor management.
