Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transaction Specialist - Corporate Real Estate in Bengaluru. The Transaction Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day real estate transactions, performing due diligence, managing finances, and ensuring accurate accounting of real estate transactions. The specialist will also communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Due Diligence capabilities
• US shift timing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent ability to close deal
• Minimum 2 years experience in US clients.
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
