As an Electrical Sales & Marketing Executive, your role involves achieving sales and collection targets, generating leads, and developing business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large customers, documenting customer specifications, and ensuring timely execution of orders. Your responsibilities also include logging customer interactions, providing timely responses to queries, and staying updated on regional developments for market expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales and collection targets as per the plan - Generate leads through cold calls and multiple channels - Build and maintain relationships with large customers for a deep understanding of their needs - Document customer specifications and liaise with the concerned department for execution - Log all customer interactions and update appropriate systems - Provide timely responses to customer queries/issues - Stay informed about regional developments and provide data to the marketing team - Distribute product catalogues to key decision makers in targeted companies - Conduct sales presentations to key decision makers in SEBs and Industrial Groups - Undertake pre-qualification work for company products and services with high volume customers - Support the Planning and Execution Department for timely dispatch of finished goods - Ensure timely collections from customers through established controls and follow-ups Qualification Required: - Electrical Degree/Diploma Nature of Experience: - Front line experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably tendering-oriented business - Exposure in Power Transformers sales or similar equipments - Familiarity with EBs, Utilities, Electrical & Project Consultants, EPC contractors/Project Houses & Industrial customers - Technical orientation for selling capital goods products - Field experience and ability to travel extensively Additional Details: You should have skills in transformer sales, sales engineering, power transformers, generator transformers, and sales to excel in this role.,
