Training Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at SGS, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our client base by identifying potential clients and converting sales transactions. You will play a crucial role in expanding business with existing clients and providing valuable market information to aid in the development of marketing and sales strategies. Your specific responsibilities will include presenting and offering SGS Knowledge services, preparing detailed sales reports on prospective and existing clients, and monitoring the progress of sales efforts and ongoing projects. You will be tasked with increasing our client base by actively scouting for potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring our services to meet their requirements effectively. Communication will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be required to relay client problems, complaints, and other requirements through regular reports. Additionally, you may need to engage in negotiations with clients within your authority or in consultation with senior managers, as well as requisition financial support subject to the approval of relevant authorities. It is essential that you adhere to the highest standards of ethics in line with the SGS Code of Integrity and ensure compliance with both Group and national policies, including maintaining the Quality Management System. Your role may also involve supporting departmental goals and participating in personal or professional development activities as directed by your immediate superior. To qualify for this position, you should be a recent college graduate with a degree in Commerce or Business obtained between 2021 and 2022. Strong communication, presentation, networking, and computer skills will be beneficial in effectively carrying out your responsibilities.
