Job Summary:

Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions invites applications for the position of Training and Placement Officer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between students and the industry by establishing strong industry-academia relationships and organizing placement and training activities.

This is a full-time, on-campus position that includes accommodation and additional benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MBA in any stream from a recognized university/institution

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations, preferably in an educational institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, industrial visits, and internship programs.
• Conduct training programs on soft skills, aptitude, resume writing, and interview techniques for students.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align student skill development with industry expectations.
• Maintain a database of students, recruiters, and placement records.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management regarding placement statistics and progress.
• Foster alumni relations for mentorship and placement support.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and networking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management systems
• Ability to work with students, faculty, and industry professionals
