Training Officer (Aptitude Trainer)

As an Aptitude Trainer, your role involves delivering specialized training in Aptitude skills to prepare students for various competitive exams such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, and others. Your responsibilities include: - Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing a curriculum focused on quantitative aptitude required for competitive exams. - Instructional Excellence: Conducting engaging and effective training sessions to enhance students" Aptitude skills. - Student Support: Providing guidance and mentorship to address individual learning needs for exam preparation. - Assessment and Feedback: Developing practice tests, assessing student performance, and offering constructive feedback for improvement. - Innovation and Research: Staying updated on exam patterns and trends to integrate insights into teaching methods and materials. Qualifications required for this role: - Masters or higher degree in an Aptitude field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc. - Prior experience in training for competitive exams Aptitude sections. In addition to the above, you should possess the following skills and abilities: - Strong grasp of Aptitude concepts and test-preparation strategies. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex Aptitude concepts. - Commitment to educational innovation and student success.
