Job Description

Poojyaya Security Services is looking for Training Instructor to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to employees.
Conduct workshops and seminars on various topics related to security services.
Create engaging and interactive training materials and content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training initiatives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers and employees.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in training and development, preferably in security services.
