Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct in-house training sessions for affiliate partners, franchise owners, and candidates . Deliver online and offline training programs, courses, and webinars for real estate professionals. Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, and presentations . Conduct market research to ensure training programs are aligned with the latest industry practices, trends, and regulations. Assess training effectiveness through feedback and implement improvements as required. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized training modules to meet organizational needs. Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to trainees to enhance their professional skills. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Strong background in real estate, sales, or business development (preferred). Excellent presentation and communication skills . Ability to engage and motivate trainees in both virtual and classroom settings. Experience in content development and instructional design . Proficiency in using digital platforms for webinars and e-learning. Strong research and analytical skills.
