Training Engineer

As a Training Engineer at Black Duck Software, Inc., you will be part of a customer education team dedicated to helping customers effectively integrate and utilize our solutions in their development cycle. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers maximize their investment in our products by delivering immersive and engaging learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating diverse learning materials such as courseware, e-learning modules, interactive tutorials, videos, online communities, blogs, and social media content. - Conducting immersive classes, engaging workshops, webcasts, and podcasts for developers, DevOps teams, build engineers, application security staff, and administrators. - Utilizing cutting-edge eLearning tools and delivery methods to innovate and enhance the learning experience. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in developing and delivering training for technical audiences. - Proficiency in two or more programming languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, JavaScript, Node, AngularJS, PHP, or Ruby. - Familiarity with the development ecosystem and tools, as well as the open-source software ecosystem. - Ability to adapt to change, learn new skills, and think innovatively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to travel up to 10-15%. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred, but not essential).
