Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Academic Coordinator to support our educational outreach and student enrollment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges, connecting with Heads of Departments (HODs), and ensuring smooth program promotion and enrollment conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Database Sourcing: Search online and gather comprehensive contact details of colleges across target regions.

2. College Outreach: Call colleges to obtain the contact information of respective HODs.

3. Program Promotion: Contact HODs, explain our academic programs, and encourage them to enroll students.

4. Conversions: Focus on maximizing student enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

5. Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records in our software system.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any degree (Bachelor’s or higher).

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
