Trainer Taxation

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on:
• Capital gains & investment taxation
• Equity, ETFs, Bonds, Derivatives & Crypto taxation
• Dividend & interest taxation, withholding tax
• Corporate actions and tax implications
• Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and certifications
• Create and maintain training content (PPTs, case studies, SOPs, assessments)
• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, mock cases, and audits
• Support regulatory updates, process changes, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Compliance teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years experience in Taxation / Capital Markets / Wealth Management / BFSI
• Strong knowledge of:
• Securities & investment taxation
• Regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Capital markets operations
• Prior experience as a Trainer / SME / Knowledge Manager preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify complex tax concepts for non-technical audiences

• BPO / Shared Services supporting financial institutions
• Brokerage firms / Wealth Management companies
• Banks or Investment firms
• Financial training or tax advisory environments

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
