Trainer (Sewing Machine Operator)

Role Overview: As a Sewing Machine Operator Trainer in DDU-GKY, your role will involve providing domain skill training to students. You will be responsible for instructing individuals on operating different types of sewing machines such as lockstitch, overlock, and flatlock machines. Additionally, you will introduce students to fabric types, measurements, patterns, and garment construction methods. It will be part of your job to educate them on machine maintenance, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Teach cutting, stitching, hemming, and finishing techniques to students. - Conduct hands-on sessions for students to learn to stitch garments like shirts, pants, and blouses. - Organize workshop-style practices to simulate real-world industry environments. - Instruct students on operating lockstitch, overlock, and flatlock sewing machines. - Introduce students to fabric types, measurements, and garment construction methods. - Educate students on machine maintenance, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating and teaching sewing machine techniques. - Knowledge of different types of sewing machines such as lockstitch, overlock, and flatlock machines. - Familiarity with fabric types, measurements, patterns, and garment construction methods. - Ability to conduct practical training sessions and simulate real-world industry environments. - Strong communication skills to effectively educate students on sewing techniques and safety procedures. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus available based on your work outcomes.
