1. Job Title/ Designation - General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Location- Sohna Haryana and Noida Uttar Pradesh
Job Summary: The GDA Instructor is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical healthcare training to students aspiring to become General Duty Assistants (GDAs). This includes conducting classes, assessing trainee performance, and ensuring post-training job placements in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver GDA training (patient care, hygiene, nursing assistance) as per the NSDC curriculum.
•Regularly assess and evaluate trainee performance.
•Mentor trainees, provide feedback, and prepare them for post-training job placements.
•Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare facilities for student training & placements.
•Ensure adherence to SEDI, SOPs guidelines, and report training progress.
Competencies-
·Trainee completion and placement rates.
·Trainee satisfaction and engagement.
·Assessment scores and attendance
Professional Qualification- Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant field
Experience- Minimum 2 years in GDA profile
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
