Trainer Data Science & Analytics

As a Data Science and Analytics Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring data scientists and analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training sessions on various data science tools, techniques, and real-world applications to students or professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and conduct engaging training sessions on Python/R for data science, data wrangling, visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, NLP), SQL, and business analytics. - Mentor learners on hands-on projects, capstone assignments, and case studies to enhance their practical skills. - Evaluate learners" progress through quizzes, assignments, and mock interviews to track their learning journey effectively. - Collaborate with other trainers and program managers to enhance learning outcomes and ensure a cohesive learning experience. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data science and analytics to provide relevant and up-to-date training. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. - Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. - Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras. - Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and analytical problem-solving. - Prior experience in teaching/training/coaching is preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts. **Good to Have:** - Industry certifications like Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Scientist Associate, or similar. - Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI. - Familiarity with project lifecycle, model deployment, and version control (Git).
