Trainer (Apprentice Training & Documentation)

We are currently seeking a Trainer in the Automotive Industry (Apprentice Training) for our esteemed organization, Yuvashakti Foundation (YSF) in Sanand, Ahmedabad. As a Trainer for Basic Technical Training & Documentation, your primary responsibility will be to provide basic technical training to apprentices and assist with the necessary documentation. Your key responsibilities will include delivering structured training modules on fundamental automotive concepts to apprentices, ensuring documentation and compliance in accordance with apprenticeship norms, collaborating with industry supervisors to facilitate seamless training delivery, as well as monitoring the progress of apprentices and providing guidance on practical applications. The ideal candidate for this position would be a Mechanical Engineering Graduate (BE Mech) or Diploma holder with good communication and presentation skills. Freshers with a keen interest in training are encouraged to apply. Additionally, knowledge of basic manufacturing processes would be considered advantageous.
